Paul Gray
Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from the College of Business at The Florida State University. He was a top producing stock broker for his approximate first 4 years out of college, 1988 to 1991. Paul has been in the real estate business since January 1998: He has managed office, retail, and restaurant properties. He is a Lake Travis and luxury home enthusiast, developer, and Realtor. He has been the top commission producing commercial agent at Century 21 JB Novelli in Naples, Florida, and at Coldwell Banker United in Austin (Westlake), Texas. Paul has a broad understanding of IRS 1031 Like-Kind-Exchanges, and real estate investments. He has consulted on retail commercial development, and has brokered deals that include, but are not limited to, retail centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, warehouses, and development land. Paul represents or has represented a wide range of commercial Tenants including Image Sun Tanning Centers, Anytime Fitness, PIE GUYS Pizzeria, and local restaurants, the Tokyo Steak House & Sushi Bar, Dragon Gate by Phoenix, and Hayashi Steak House. Paul joined Mike Ogden in 2006 to form Ogden Gray Properties LLC, a real estate brokerage firm offering both residential and commercial real estate brokerage. They, also, formed Ogden Gray Management LLC a real estate development partnership that is building speculative homes, and will soon add retail centers, office condos, and more.
Mike Ogden
Mike's focus in business is to be the best Commercial Broker serving Georgetown, TX and its' surrounding cities that he can. Mike and Georgetown business man, Ben Daniels, have formed Ogden Daniels Development, and they are working with Ogden Gray Properties, Harvey Cleary Construction, and others on the development of Gateway Crossing in Georgetown, Texas. However, Mike still helps past Clients and their many referrals (he says "thanks") with their indivdual real estate needs.
Mike graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors degree in Arts. After graduation, Mike worked for Fluor Corporation in the extremely sought after "HIGHPODS" program (high potential employee) as a chemical and process sales person and worked on projects in Mexico, the Philippines, Russia and Africa.
Shortly thereafter, he went into the real estate business in Austin specializing in upper-end custom homes and residential development. He first worked with Coldwell Banker United in Austin (Westlake), and then started his own brokerage firm, Ogden Properties. While with Coldwell Banker, Mike worked successfully on several real estate transactions with Paul Gray. Mike's company, Ogden Properties, was the exclusive broker for a local custom home builder who he helped grow from a builder of 3 to 4 homes per year to a Top Ten Austin home builder. Mike and Paul became partners in 2006, and formed Ogden Gray Properties LLC. Mike is a member of the board of directors for the University of Texas Autism project, American Cancer Society, and the Georgetown Soccer Association.
