Most Parade homes have sold. My best guess, which I will soon confirm or correct, is that about 5 of approximately 7 have sold.
Rough Hollow has a first-class marina on Lake Travis. Many homes have panoramic views of Lake Travis, and the Hill Country. Both abovementioed homes, offered by Keller Williams, are very nice, and, in my opinoin, offer good values when compared to recent sales.
