IH-35 and North Innerloop is a 45 acre

development anchored by a 13 acre indoor/

outdoor training and competition complex.

• The heart of the complex is a 72,000 +/- sf

indoor training and completion center

equipped with two indoor soccer fields,

6 basketball/volleyball courts, indoor

track, and field area. Outside the facility are

several competition fields to be used for

team practices and events. The center has

training commitments from several

professional, Olympic and overseas

professional athletes and coaches. The

expected open date is September 2010.

• In addition to the indoor training facility,

an approximate 25,000 sf sports and events

center with planned seating of 5,000 is

slated to open in 2011. This venue

will draw sporting, concert and other events

to Gateway Crossing.
